As I told before I was at “home” between the dates of 27-30 September. It was a big challenge for me. The flights to Podgorica was quite expensive hence I booked my flight to Tirana and rented a car. Then drive to Shkoder to meet with someone who can give an offer to fix the roof. To stop by Shkoder also gave me opportunity to have a dinner at my favourite place; Rozafa Fish Restaurant. If your way pass by there; you must stop by this tasty restaurant. Also if you love to walk you have to walk up to Rozafa Castle too.

Such a pity, the person with whom I should meet for the roof did not come. I wake up early in the morning and drive to Podgorica to meet with another specialist who can fix the roof. I could not learn the Montenegrin yet (the kittens do not let me study during the evening; they are asking (indeed, pushing) to collect all my attention when I go to home) hence someone from Podgorica who helped me to find them made the translations. Their offer was much more than my eight months’ salary hence I said no.

Found another specialist for the roof; he come and checked the roof and said that he will check the materials and give me an offer within this week. Anyway; I came back to Antalya on Sunday so have time for this task. Still hopeful for the offer; if not, friends are offering to come and help for maintenance when I move in to the house; would be quite funny to make it together; we will see 😉
