Good evening from the the night of the first day of spring,
Since several days mostly we have such a good weather which announces the arrival of the warmer days but also preparation of the season.

And I took the trays to the green house at down and they started to grow much more faster than the house. Also the glayollis are ready to be planted but believe in as it is quite early for them, hopefully next week they will be planted.
At the end of 39 days, today received the new plates and license of the car. It seems, it does not matter new application or renewal; you have to consider as of 40 days for resident permit and car licence renewal procedures. The renewal period crossed with corona virus epidemic; this can be a cause for delay, hopefully this crazies will over soon then next year I can give much faster information.
The authorities of Montenegro made a decision for that in addition of Budva and Tivat; Podgorica (the capital city), Cetinje, Ulcinj, Herceg Novi, Niksic and Pluzine residents are banned to leave the city unless if they can not provide one of the condition from the list such as employment, humanitarian actions etc. until 10th of March.
Also for Turkey, normally they were asking for a negative test result to enter to the country until 1st of March but extended until 26th of May.
Indeed; I never agree with PCR test report requirements for travel. How can you be sure you/passenger did not get virus by and between the giving the sane and taking the flight? Another "funny" part is this test is not requested for transit/transfer passengers. Then can we say that "the Covid 19 virus is clever, does not effect to those passengers"?
The winner of this application is only the owners of the private labs. This PCR test is costing approximately 35-350 Euros depends on the country but, just but...
Anyway; we will continue our isolated life with sweet hearts and I will continue working on the garden.
