Good afternoon from a burning day,
Yes, unbelievable but right it is quite hot; around 40 Celcius at shadow here. We live on a bit inside and northern part of Montenegro; can not imagine the coastal cities!
Hot effects to the kittens a lot. Do my best to provide food, water and yogurt every day also time to time give some boiled liver to them. You need to see their actions and also sounds they create 😁
She is still breastfeeding babies hence I am waiting. EU is sponsoring neutering of stray cats and dogs here, at Montenegro. When she stops (more less 2 months after birth) will take her to Royal Vet Podgorica for sterilization. We have three boys and one girl with the genders of kittens. One neighbour and one friend wants to adopt them. Hopefully the one who takes the girl will handle the sterilization when she is over 5 months. Cats have sexual feelings and become ready at 5 months for females and 8 months for males. So, if you are at Montenegro and want to help them please get in touch with local veterinary doctor who makes neutering.
The weather is getting hot day by day; also that will be great to put water for stray animals, this is very important for them to survive.
I believe in as life in an endless school starting with first breathe and lasts until last breathe. Here, at Zelcestan learning a lot (have to learn actually), searching a lot and asking a lot. Not only language or country; traditions, habits, culture, climate, gardening, construction, life... OMG; when I see the amounts of unanswered questions; recognise that I know nothing!
Yesterday spent hours on the roof to finalise the over the roof part of chimney hence today spending time at home with planning, translating, searching, learning, etc.
Needs a few minor corrections and opening the top holes for air circulation but van be done later on. Now it is time to start to the BBQ place to evaluate the leftover evacuation and cleand that area to avoid uninvited guests 😁
The herb tower is also growing day by day when sweet hearts do not jump over them. Planning to take it inside to protect from winter colds and have herbs during the winter. Normally made this extension for my cat kids but seems as also will be good for me too.
