Montenegro Symphony Orchestra

Good afternoon from a sunny day,

As the same as whole world, I was also living an isolated life since we moved to Montenegro. Also, as wrote before, had anxiety due to corona virus but thank to Montenegro government, after two doses of Sinopharm vaccine in May feel a bit better hence dis some last night; went to a concert!

When I was living in Antalya, almost every week was going to opera or symphony concerts. And here I was feeling so thirsty to music. Yes, I listen online but the taste of the music or feelings are not the same!

When I saw this on social media opened my eyes and got in touch immediately. When they said that these are opening concerts therefore free of charge, got happy once more and invited my neighbour Milica who also likes classic music.

Montenegro Music Centre is located in the middle of the capital city; Podgorica. Just behind of the Hilton. There are plenty parking spots around and lots of cafes, shops are only within walking distance.

If you go earlier than the concert start time, you can walk around to to have a look this wall paintings.

First I thought it is so small (the stages of Antalya State Opera and Ballet and Symphony Are quite huge) but maestro Aleksandar Marković and orchestra perform them all very well and we had such an amazing, unforgettable night.

The regular prices of the concerts are between 5-7 Euros depends on the performing arts. Quite affordable prices for these conditions and concerts.

You can reach to new programs on their social media accounts or directly from their web page

After these two years of gap without music; hvala puno Crnagorski Simfonijski Orkestra!

Take care
