 Good morning from a rainy day,

I was wishing to make a shelf on an empty space in the kitchen but was postponing that. A few week ago had jars from a friend and it became a mandatory.

Used an old board for that. First took the dimensions of the where I want to use the shelf and cut the board accordingly. Advise to use clean cut blade for perfect clean cuts.

Then sanding the surface. Advise to use a straight wood or hard foam piece instead of using your hands. This will give you a better result and also keep your fingers. 

And paint; used an oil based paint therefore kept outside until it is dried.

Made and fixed the barriers with the same steps and painted the same as base. 

Here you go; started to store dry food there; previously was not able to use that area.

I am using an old car and the headlights were almost blind. Several times I attempted to have a cleaning but no chance. At the end yesterday took appointment and went. This is how was they.

And this is how it is now; seems as I have new headlights!
