Inflation on the world

 

Good evening from an April night,

At the beginning of the epidemic, I told that to the people as we have to pay more attention to agriculture and farming as of this epidemic will effect to the agrucultural food sector by quantity and by price. As you guessed, almost nobody did not believe in me and mostly they said politicians are saying that no problem with food supply hence no need to have panic or stock food.

 Today, after two years when I go to market see that the prices are getting higher day by day and even time to time see empty shelves. Not only here; almost all around the world the situation is the same. Inflation rates are increasing insane end effecting the life quality.

When you look at to the populaition you can see that, a big part of the people; especially the young ones are getting excited with city lights; mostly they do not care farming and/ or agriculture.

During epidemic, several times we had curfew, intercity or international travel bans all around the world. First of all these two effected to the agriculture. A big part of agriculture workers go to other cities or countries to work but during last two years, mostly they could not make it or faced with difficulties / limitations with working hours/places. Whereas, farming is a period of 7 days, 12 months...

On other hand, incresing of the population of the world did not stop; on the contrary curfews supported the population and today we have less food but more people.

What we can do; production. Especially agricultural products. You do not have to have a huge farm or land; you can make it even on your balcony or terrace. Plant something, grow something and teach to children how to do that. Otherwise science fiction movies will come true and food wars will start soon for food...
