Good morning or good night from us,
Completely lost sleeps, smiles, shine! The tragedy is happening jn Turkiye a d Syria is such a big tragedy and not easy to handle. Dua to massive earthquake happened on 6th February, more than 10.000 buildings collapsed only in Turkiye and until now more than 20.000 deaths. The amount of people under rubble is unknown such as the amount of injures...
Starting from first hour, Turkiye announced as this is a level 4 disaster which means need international helps. And whole world answered!
More than 60 countries send their search and rescue and medikal teams to Turkiye for help. As mentioned several times; I am not an easy crying person. I cry nly when an innocent soul get hurt and since a week can not control my eyes.
But grief can be handled later on. Now it is time to work! To sit and do nothing make no sense to help. Montenegro people act same and they collected incredible amount of humanitarian aid such as clothes, shoes, baby and hygiene products, etc!
Instead of sitting in front of the screen, I was there too to help seperation and packing of donations. Sending warm regards and thanks from my heart whoever shared what they have with my country full of trucks!
Medresa Mehmet Fatih was one of the collection centre, the closest on and approximately 40 km distance to us. Went there for three days in the morning and did whatever I can do until evening.
All packed by hand, with love, with hope, with thanks...
