Frost damages

 Good morning from rainy days,

Mother nature is waking up in Montenegro after the rains. 

This year, winter made a surprise and we had more minus temperature nights. 

To reduce frost damages, you can use copper ingredient spraying for your garden. This will not stop the damage or tree but at least can manage delay with blooming and also can reduce the damage. Copper ingredient sprays are also fungicides hence would be helpful with fungus. 

Also, to paint the main body of the trees with lime; can be helpfull too. When you prepare lime; also add sulphur and salt. (Mostly we make 1 kilo lime, 50 gram sulphur, 50 gram salt and 4 litres water). This mix will work as insecticide too. 

Lots if people make this maintenance to the gardens only in spring. But you also have to have that at the beginning of autumn. Otherwise fungus and bugs can accommodate on and inside of your trees during the winter which cause serious problems even dead of trees. 

Couple of days before, woke up to this scene and now waiting with fear the result of frost. Everything, even the fly was frozen. I use copper and lime on my garden but still don't know the result of this frost. Crossed my fingers and waiting with hope 🤞🏼
