Male and female kiwi

 Hello from Zelcestan,

As usual days are passing with gardening. Now, it is time for kiwi flowers. 

As shared before, I was late to built stand for kiwi last year therefore had maybe one kilo in total. This year have many male and female flowers. 

Kiwi is one of the plant, which has genders in two seperated plant therefore must be planted hybrid ones which grafted male and female in the same body or one male. one female. You can plant four or five females as well. 

Experienced ones can make seperation from tree but I need to see leafs or better flowers to make seperation. 

These are male flowers; their duty is to pollinate female flowers with help of bees.

These are female flowers; as you can see, bees are running around to pollinate. 

Did you see the difference by and between? If you said the middle of the flowers; yes, you are right. 

The middle white part of female flowers will turn to kiwi fruits. 

And male flowers will die after pollinating female flowers. 

As usual mother nature is so impressive; always amusing!..
